小琉球男孩，他從小在海洋中長大父親是個厲害的遠洋漁船船長。長大後,他離開海洋，進入了城市，但對家鄉的渴望和對新鮮食物的熱愛始終不能被遺忘。

終於，他下定決心，告別繁華的職位，追逐內心呼喚,或許他有點瘋狂，但他為自己追逐夢想的勇氣和堅持.毅然而然地帶著父親船長的經驗和城市經理的專業知識相結合。於是「鴻通通」，一個帶著幽默和故事性的名字就此誕生。

每一片生魚片都代表著他對父親的敬意和對海洋的熱愛。蘊藏著我們對於海洋的敬畏和對傳統漁業的支持。我們的生魚片以其新鮮、口感細膩和豐富的風味而聞名，每一口都能讓人感受到海洋的恩賜。

Ingredients:

4 medium-sized red bell peppers
1 medium-sized eggplant (optional)
Olive oil, around 1/3 cup
2 (or more!) garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons of white vinegar
